Wendy every witch way is super fun and I was so surprised and disappointed when all of a sudden the game was over, way too short as you said. I wish there was a sequel for the GBA.
I recently bought RE Gaiden for $120 on Ebay. DK Oldies is selling a copy that according to them is complete for $900.

Ghosts, Ninja and Bomberman are loose carts I got on eBay some years back. I believe Return of the Ninja was the most expensive, at $9.99.
Metal Gear Solid and Shantae I bought new at release and still have complete, though the box to Shantea is sadly a little crushed on one side.

I recently modded my Gameboy Color with an IPS screen kit – new plastic shell and all, just keeping the original guts. I can't believe how awesome the image on it looks now (and the screen is even 15% bigger than the original).

Wow, Bomberman Quest was a real surprise! Why is the american release so expensive? The european one is dirt cheap, I bought the cart+manual for like 10 dollars just a while ago and even CiB condition seems to be really affordable. But the game is kinda bad, to be honest. I usually try to complete all my Game Boy games but with this one I'm really struggling… I can appreciate that they were trying to do something different here, but it just feels like a lackluster Zelda-clone.

Pokemon Crystal is rare? Since when? I bought that twenty years ago. Still have it. Don't still have Resident Evil though. I think I sold it for like one percent of that. Meh, win some, lose some.

Never played Pokemon crystal but i did have that one friend who owned it and of course rubbed it in my face…I was NEVER interested in it and in fact disliked it because of its bizarre green transparent cartridge HOWEVER i did hate it when she kept showing it off in my face…
